When it comes to crisis, the goal is not perfection. It’s preparation. This session explores what practicing school counselors shared about what truly makes a difference before a crisis occurs and turns those insights into practical strategies. Participants will leave with ready-to-use tools and ideas, with valuable takeaways for school counselors and those professionals who support them. Crisis preparedness begins long before a crisis happens, through preparation, strong relationships, and showing up for one another.
