Our presenter, Jay Butler, MS, is the currently the School Culture Facilitator Knox County Schools.
During our time together we will define culture and gain an understanding of the factors that contribute to one’s cultural lens. We will work to analyze the impact implicit bias can have on one’s thoughts, feelings, interpretations, and actions, and discuss ways to assess current school practices through the lens of inclusivity and equity.
This session is designed for all school staff, so invite your school counseling advisory teams, administrators, and your entire school staff!
